RETURN AND REFUND POLICY UPDATE

RETURNS:

– We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

– Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

– Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

– Return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to shipping.

REFUND PROCESS:

1. Notify us within 30 days of delivery to initiate return process.

2. Provide order number and reason for return.

3. We will provide RMA number and return shipping instructions.

4. Inspect item upon receipt; refunds will be issued if approved.

5. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of returned item.

REFUND OPTIONS:

– Original payment method

– Store credit

– Exchange for different size/color (subject to availability)

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

– Sale items

– Clearance items

– Personalized or customized items

– Items damaged by user or not used as intended

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

– Notify us immediately with photos and description.

– We will provide replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES:

– Same item, different size/color available: exchange within 30 days.

– Different item: treated as return and new purchase.
